Sales Administration Manager / Credit Control c£30,000 - £37,000 basic – hybrid role, flexible hours This well-established electrical manufacturer is seeking a sales administration manager to work within the busy sales office. The all-encompassing role includes management of the credit control system, chasing up payments, issuing statements, ensuring timely payment of debts and issuing weekly records on debt management to the European Head Office. Responsibilities include downloading weekly OPOS from SAP; weekly upload of Invoices and credits onto Xero from SAP Data; attaching copies of Invoices and POD’s for every Invoice; chasing via phone and email for overdue Invoices and creating relevant notes for follow up; merging duplicate accounts on Xero ; dealing with queries via phone and email. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in finance/ sales ledger/ sales administration roles, IT proficient in Microsoft office. You should be professional, competent with good communications and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone. You should be adept at Xero and Excel including v lookups with experience in credit control and reconciliation. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
