We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Kitchen Brigade.
The Role will involve the following
* Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
* Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
* Assisting with laundry for back-of-house requirements
* Supporting Chefs
* Handling deliveries and restocking
* Assisting in cleaning Chef stations
* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Essential Skills
* Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
* Enjoys a fast-paced environment
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Methodical and tidy worker
* Enjoys following checklists and takes pride in your work
Ideal Skills (training can be provided if you are the right candidate)
* Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
* Knowledge of manual handling techniques
* Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety regulations
* Experience with kitchen equipment
* Experience with dangerous tools such as knives
