Senior Optical Design Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Engineer required for a manufacturer of precise optical equipment used in the industrial sector.
The Senior Optical Design Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Engineer will be responsible for developing new concepts to support the prototyping of new products. You will work alongside colleagues and suppliers to produce new optical prototypes based on your own designs.
The Senior Optical Design Engineer / Mechanical Design Engineer / Design Engineer will live within a commutable distance from the main manufacturing site near Guildford, Surrey. For this role you will have a strong understanding of optical manufacturing and ideally be qualified in Physics, Optical Science, Imaging or Mechanical Engineering.

Base salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
