Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Salary: Competitive salary + pension + death in service, medical scheme, and more!
Shift Pattern:
* Week 1: Mon-Thurs Days (06:00 – 18:00), Fri-Sun off
* Week 2: Mon–Thurs Nights (18:00 – 06:00), 6 days off (Fri-Wed)
* Week 3: Thurs–Sat Days (06:00- 18:00), Sun off

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you will ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding quickly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime
* Providing technical support to shift engineers and apprentices
* Performing planned maintenance and repairs
* Driving continuous improvement through innovative projects
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
* Collaborating with contractors and colleagues to meet company goals
Requirements:
* Apprentice-trained Electrical/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Experience in maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
* Ability to handle mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
* Experience troubleshooting PLCs and inverter drives
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
