Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse young people? We’re seeking a resilient, empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary SEN school supporting pupils with ADHD, autism, and complex learning needs.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support across KS3–KS4
* Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and associated learning difficulties
* Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours with confidence and care
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create inclusive learning environments
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience supporting pupils with autism and learning difficulties
* Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
* A genuine commitment to inclusion, empathy, and pupil wellbeing
* Team player with excellent communication and adaptability
