* £16.66 per hour.
* £12.50 per hour while training on the day shift.
* After a 3-month probationary period, you will be entitled to a Machining Allowance.

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8.45pm – 7.00am. with a half hour lunch break each day.
Main Purpose of Job: To meet production schedule ensuring best use of various machinery & equipment at your disposal to produce quality products.
Relationships:
a) Responsible to: Team Leader, Production Director, Foreman
b) Liaison with: Team members, Team Leaders, Inspection, Foreman, H.V.O.F Operator.
The Ideal Semi-Skilled Machine Operator will have a mechanical mind set, come from a Production or Quality background and possess a positive attitude. You must be willing to learn and grow within the business long term.
MAIN TASKS OF JOB:
· Operating various machinery within the department.
· Completing all necessary documentation to comply with ISO 9001 standards.
· Comply with all company, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
· Work in a timely and effective manner.
· Co-operate with and support line managers.
Relevant Skills and Experience for this position:
· Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with Production experience.
· The ability to be flexible for more than one task at a time
· Excellent communications skills.
· Strong awareness of Health and Safety.
