* Manage the sales process from lead to close
* Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
* Assist during seasonal peaks when needed
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or outbound sales
* Strong verbal communication and listening skills
* Resilience, confidence, and a proactive mindset
* Ability to multitask and stay organised
* Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
