Your Role & Impact As a Nursing Associate at Manchester House, you will: • Support Registered Nurses and clinical teams in delivering advanced, complex nursing care. • Provide wound care and clinical support tailored to residents with enhanced medical needs. • Participate in specialist assessments, audits and clinical interventions to improve resident outcomes. • Hold consultations and contribute actively to personalised care planning. • Administer medications under supervision with precision, safety and compliance. • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, communicating clearly and compassionately. • Help maintain robust clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. • Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice aligned to CQC and professional expectations. What We’re Looking For • Qualified Nursing Associate with active NMC PIN, • Experience in acute, community, residential, nursing or private healthcare — experience with neurological or acute needs is a bonus. • Excellent communication and decision-making skills. • Someone who brings compassion, teamwork and calm professionalism to challenging clinical environments. • A commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.
