The successful candidate will report to the Head of Customer Service and will play an integral role in our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Entering customer orders into the in-house computer system with accuracy and efficiency. Booking haulage for deliveries using online carrier systems and managing bookings via email. Tracking and tracing deliveries to ensure timely arrival and communication with the relevant parties.
