Warehouse Administrator
07:30 – 16:00 (Monday to Thursday) / 14:00 p/h
Temporary to permanent
1. Ensure orders on the internal system are ready for dispatch.
2. Inputting and processing customer orders based on requirements and courier requirements
3. Create picking sheets to pass to the warehouse for picking the products in a timely fashion
4. Creating courier labels and matching to our own paperwork for dispatch of orders.
5. Confirmation of orders being dispatched that day and any failures to the relevant department
6. Creating manifests on courier websites to ensure consignments dispatched are forwarded prior to arrival.
7. Work with internal departments (customer service & marketing) to ensure that customer requirements are met.
8. Organise customer collections in conjunction with customer care to minimise delays to the customer
9. Organise any specific transport issues with couriers to avoid delays in dispatching orders.
10. Communicating with internal departments and customers to advise on any shortages or issues that will delay dispatch of orders and offer solutions if possible.
11. Answer queries passed through customer care on behalf of customers with regards to shortage/PODs/delivery dates in a timely manner
12. Be able to work with company-based computer program, Microsoft outlook and excel.
13. Contribute to the smooth running of the logistics department.
14. General Administration tasks.
