Day Rate: £90.00 to £110.00 per day, PAYE (Experience Dependant)

Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, ensuring that all children can access the curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation.
* Support pupils with SEND, behavioural, and additional learning needs, adapting approaches where necessary.
* Foster a nurturing and safe environment that promotes confidence, independence, and progress.
* Encourage positive behaviour and help develop pupils’ social and emotional skills.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals where appropriate.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role (voluntary or paid).
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
* Knowledge of the primary curriculum and an understanding of strategies to support learning.
* Experience supporting children with SEND (Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or other learning difficulties) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, patience, and organisational skills.
* Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or equivalent are beneficial but not essential.
