This opportunity will particularly suit candidates coming from a self-storage, commercial property, facilities management, retail management or service-led sales environment who understand the balance between operational standards, sales performance and customer service excellence. About the Opportunity Our client currently operates successful facilities in Lisburn and Mallusk, with ambitious expansion plans across Ireland, including new sites opening in Naas and Drogheda in 2026. Lisburn serves as the operational hub, with occasional travel to other locations required. The self-storage and flexible space sector is a fast-growing market supporting both domestic and commercial customers, including SMEs and e-commerce businesses. Key Responsibilities Drive store performance, sales growth and profitability (P&L accountability) Convert inbound enquiries into bookings and maximise occupancy rates Sell value-added services including insurance and merchandise Maintain high operational and site presentation standards Deliver exceptional customer service to both personal and business clients Support marketing initiatives including local lead generation and digital activity (training provided) Manage contracts, administration and debt control processes Act as key holder and oversee daily opening and closing procedures Support the overall growth and development of the business Ideal Background & Experience Our client is ideally seeking candidates with experience in: Self-storage management Commercial property or serviced accommodation Facilities or site management Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager roles Sales-led service environments with KPI accountability You will demonstrate: A strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue targets Confidence in negotiating and closing sales Experience maintaining operational and compliance standards Strong organisational and administrative ability A hands-on leadership style with a proactive approach This role is best suited to someone who enjoys a varied position combining sales, operations, administration and people management within a growing commercial environment.
