The Mandate
As Group CFO, you will operate as the CEO’s closest strategic partner, with a clear remit:
Scale the business aggressively, raise capital effectively, and deliver a successful exit.
You will:
Lead all fundraising activities (venture, growth, and beyond)
Own the financial strategy of a high-growth SaaS business
Act as the primary interface with investors and the Board
Build and professionalise a global finance function
Drive commercial decision-making, including pricing and deal structuring
Ensure the business is exit-ready (financially, operationally, and strategically)
What You Bring (Non-Negotiable)
Proven CFO / senior finance leadership experience in a technology or SaaS business
Direct experience of a successful exit (trade sale or PE-backed exit)
Strong track record in fundraising and investor management
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and scaling challenges
Exceptional financial modelling and strategic thinking capability
Ability to operate at both board level and in execution detail
This role requires someone who has seen the full lifecycle before — and knows exactly what “good” looks like at each stage.
