Pay: £13.41 an hour
Location: Taunton
Immediate start
Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
Temp to perm contract
JDR is recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a large manufacturing site in Taunton, Somerset.
The role: As a Production Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as followed:
* Operate machinery and work efficiently on the production line
* Meet quality and safety standards in a high-speed environment
* Ensure production targets are consistently achieved
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Adhere to company health and safety guidelines at all times
* Work collaboratively with team members to support the production process
About you: As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
* Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential
* Team player with good communication skills
