Business Support Assistant - Godalming
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Junior Account and Operations Officer to join their team. This is a varied role that offers hands-on experience across client support, sales admin, purchasing and internal operations. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the business, with future opportunities to get involved in marketing and compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Sales Support
* Assist with onboarding, quotations, renewals, and CRM updates
* Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications
* Log support tickets and support the account management team
Purchasing & Admin
* Process hardware/software orders and liaise with suppliers
* Manage licensing records and help maintain stock levels
General Operations
* Support documentation, compliance processes, and reporting
* Contribute to keeping the office environment organised and professional
About You:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interest in business, IT services, or marketing
* Experience in admin, sales support, or purchasing is helpful but not essential
* Comfortable multitasking and learning on the job
* Positive, proactive, and eager to grow within a small team
