This role is ideal for qualified SEN/SEND teachers who are eager to provide 1:1 tutoring in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner. Together, we can enhance engagement and transform educational journeys for our students.

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:
* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys
* Deliver flexible and holistic tutoring that is trauma-informed and tailored to individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver each tutoring session to meet the unique needs of your students
* Create holistic and engaging learning experiences that foster educational and social-emotional growth
* Complete lesson reports and provide constructive feedback on student progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
* A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other educational needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding processes
* Enhanced DBS (we can assist with obtaining this at cost if needed)
* Two professional references
* Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments
It is essential that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.
Employment Details:
* This position is offered as a Worker role, providing short-term engagements as they arise
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position
