Job Title: Physical Education Teacher (GCSE level).
Salary: MPS.
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025
Role Overview: We are seeking a passion and engagement individual for this permanent role. You should have a true passion for sports and want their students to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle though PE!
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive environment, inside and outside of the classroom.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
* Participate in school activities and events.
* Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
* Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching PE at the secondary level.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
