Our client are marketing leaders in their sector with food manufacturing and have an opportunity for a dynamic and driven Product Development Specialist to join their growing team! With a strong focus on innovation, execution, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll be the driving force behind exciting new additions to their product portfolio — whether they’re local market heroes or global game-changers.
Own and deliver the product development/change pipeline — from ideation to launch.
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to keep projects on track and on target.
Manage all aspects of product change and development projects: timelines, budgets, risks, packaging, labelling, and compliance.
Co-ordinate with designers, researchers, and regulators to ensure everything is brand-aligned and market-ready.
Keep an eye on trends and bring fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement.
Projects delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.
A strong pipeline of exciting new products that meet market demands and regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Technical field preferred).
Experience in Project Management, NPD, Procurement, or Marketing within the Food & Beverage or FMCG space.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and solid project planning tools knowledge.
Familiarity with research methodologies, packaging development, and regulatory compliance.
A critical thinker with creative flair, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.
