Overview

We’re proud to be partnering with a well-funded and ambitious SaaS start-up. As the business gears up for launch, we’re supporting their search for a proactive, tech-savvy Solutions Advisor to join their founding customer team to bridge the gap between customers, technology and product. This is a key hire so our ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and wants to play a part in shaping the future of a fast-growing tech business.

SaaS Solutions Advisor | Office Based – Leeds | £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience


Responsibilities

* Assist the sales team with discovery, demos, and technical Q&A.
* Support the setup and onboarding of new customers.
* Map customer workflows and processes to the client’s product features.
* Act as a technical point of contact for customers providing efficient, friendly, and solutions-oriented support.
* Deliver training, guidance, and education to maximise adoption and value.
* Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering to find resolutions.
* Help shape and evolve internal processes, onboarding resources and customer playbooks.
* Champion customer needs internally, sharing feedback with the product team.


Customer Success & Support

* Support customers throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to ongoing success and support.
* Deliver proactive customer education to maximise product adoption and value.


Key Skills & Experience

* A passion for SaaS, AI and technology with a natural curiosity for new and emerging trends.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-growing start-up.
* Experience in customer success, onboarding or technical support.
* Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy for customers.
* Analytical and curious; able to model workflows and dig into complex problems.
* Comfortable working with business software tools, CRMs and ideally process mapping or workflow platforms.
* Self-starter with a positive mindset and a flexible approach to work.
* Confident in challenging ideas constructively while sharing what you hear from customers.
* Experience working with SMB clients or in a startup environment (desirable).
