You will lead a team of data engineers building and scaling a transaction matching and data platform that sits at the core of the business. Reporting to the Director of Data Management, you will define and execute the data engineering roadmap, drive automation across pipelines and workflows, and bring a hands-on approach to engineering alongside the leadership skills to grow a high-trust, high-output team.
