We pride ourselves on warm, personal service and showcasing the best of Scottish hospitality and were looking for enthusiastic F&B Assistants (Waiters/Waitresses) to join our growing front of house team.
The Role:
As an F&B Assistant, youll be at the centre of our guest experience delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner service across both our dining venues. Youll provide attentive, professional service in our elegant restaurant The Estate Room, and a welcoming, relaxed experience in our Brownie Bar & Library.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow their knowledge of food, whisky and cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver friendly and professional table service for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Work across our outlets, the Rannoch Larder, The Estate Room and the Brownie Bar & Library
Showcase our whisky and cocktail offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge
Support bar operations when needed, including basic drink preparation
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction
Work collaboratively with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar food & beverage or restaurant/bar role
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Strong interest or knowledge in whisky and classic cocktails
Previous experience in a Rosette-standard restaurant is a bonus
A warm, confident personality with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
