We are looking for an experienced Reception Manager, to be responsible for the efficient operation of Reception/Front of House services, to include line management of the Reception team. You willwork hands on as part of the team on a daily basis ensuring a warm and friendly service to all visitors at Eastwood Park as well as providing excellent customer service to all guests and operating a busy switchboard.
You will have previous experience working as an Assistant Reception Manager or Manager within the hospitality industry and be passionate about hospitality and the guest experience. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
A proactive approach to work and a positive attitude which reflects the ability to work on one's own initiative
A welcoming and friendly nature and positive demeanour
High organisational skills and is systems-led
Exceptional communication skills in order to build strong working relationships internally and create a rapport with guests
A smart appearance with high standards of personal presentation
Experience with all Microsoft Office software and confident with role specific packages (including booking and payment systems)
This role is for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
