Responsibilities and Skills:
* You are the Community Champion! Advocate for occupiers, helping the team keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly, and engaging attitude while crafting and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
* Ensure a warm welcome, forge relationships, remember names, and add personal touches to make people smile.
* Own and embrace the welcome experience and front of house areas, driving standards to ensure spaces are sparkling, comfortable, welcoming, and memorable.
* Lead the day-to-day management of the Flex space and Cafe area, ensuring facilities operate at high standards, including cleanliness and functionality.
* Maintain friendly, welcoming, and efficient front of house operations.
* Focus on occupier satisfaction.
* Be confident and approachable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Understand building specifications, space availability, and pricing to give tours to prospective occupiers.
* Assist in reviewing processes and supporting systems.
* Monitor statutory and internal compliance, including meeting policies, RICS, ISO standards, and statutory timelines.

At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with essential Barista skills.

* Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
* Experience managing daily operations, ensuring facilities run smoothly, and compliance and safety standards are met.
* High-end Barista equipment knowledge and experience is essential.
* Understanding of managing multi-let spaces or flexible workspaces.
