Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a
Lettings Coordinator.
This is a full-time, permanent position with our
Brighton Marina-based lettings team. The standard work week is
Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm
with some Saturday working. The salary ranges with a realistic OTE of
£30,000-£34,000
in your first year.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
Manage all aspects of tenancy progression including referencing, negotiating tenancy terms and liaising with all key stakeholders
Ensuring all tenancies proceed in a compliant manner with careful attention to detail
Collection of pre-tenancy monies and payments, whilst coordinating and managing high volumes of applications.
Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback.
Assisting in the marketing of properties, liaising with clients and obtaining necessary documentation for each tenancy
Maintaining focus of individual and team targets for performance and contributing toward shared goals
