Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: You’ll be joining a passionate team that are currently supporting individuals aged from 50 upwards, each with unique needs and personalities. Some people are mobile, while others may require physical assistance or mobilise with wheelchairs. The people we support live with conditions such as Dementia, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. As a leader in the service, you’ll: Inspire and guide a team of dedicated support workers Champion person-centred care, ensuring dignity, choice, and respect Drive performance and culture, setting the pace and direction Ensure services are well-resourced and outcomes-focused This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while developing your own career in a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
