We are seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Healthcare Assistants to join our team in providing essential care and support to patients within their homes. This role involves delivering care through hourly and half-hour visits, ensuring that patients receive the assistance they need in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Responsibilities
* Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and feeding.
* Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Supporting healthcare professionals with clinical procedures.
* Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
* Providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in medical terminology
* Strong organizational skills

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
* Driving experience preferred
* Familiarity with care plans and home care services
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* IT skills for documentation and record-keeping
* Fluency in English
* Certification as a Health Care Assistant (HCA) is a plus
