Develop and manage automated reporting tools for regular updates on procurement performance, risk analysis, and commodity pricing./li listrongPrice Exposure Analysis/strong: Work closely with the commercial finance, supply chain and procurement teams to analyse price exposures with customer models, ensuring pricing decisions align with market conditions and considering carcass balances of animals./li listrongData Analysis & Forecasting/strong: Provide accurate and timely analysis of technical market trends of commodity pricing. Translate complex information into clear insights to support data driven decision making and prepare presentations accordingly./li listrongAdmin & Documentation/strong: Manage the administrative tasks related to feed and livestock procurement, ensuring all contracts, agreements, and documentation are properly maintained and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements./li listrongCollaboration with Internal Teams/strong: Work closely with the procurement, finance, supply chain and trading teams to align risk management strategies, pricing models, and trading plans with broader company objectives./li listrongSupplier & Vendor Relations/strong: Support procurement teams in managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring they are aligned with the companys risk management strategies and pricing expectations. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and sites to deal with any payment queries/li/ulpstrongSkills & Knowledge/strong/ppstrongEssential/strong/pp/pul liProficiency in data analysis, processing, reporting tools, and advanced Excel functions.
