I have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Sous Chef in a very busy Events space in South West London..
With a strong emphasis on Quality Dining done to Volume I'm keen to chat with experienced Sous Chefs who can lead there teams while working closely with the Exec and Head.
You will require a strong emphasis on food quality and ideally a strong background in Events, Hotel or specialised..
In busy operation like this you must be a strong communicator!
The team underneath you consists of up to 20+ Chefs with a focus on working together... You will also have the ability and experience to stand in for the Exec if and when needed.
This role has lots of daytime hours Monday to Friday, but there will be some occasions with Evening Events where you are needed and some occasional weekends through the year.
