Maintenance Manager job, working in FMCG for a growing organisation who have numerous sites in Ulster and additional growth plans. We have visited and toured the clients sites and each site pushes the realms of possibility, always thinking bigger, always showing ambition and an ever increasing willingness to invest to be the best. If you want a Maintenance Manager role where you are close to the team and floor and have the remit to make improvement then this is ideal.
Your new role
Leading the team, the conduit between production and maintenance team, plan projects and identify improvement. You will be 'on the shop floor' as a management style, available to give advice, troubleshoot and delegate to the team throughout the day. Reporting to an Engineering Manager who also knows the site very well and will support and lead on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Production maintenance leadership as a supervisor or manager, ability to be hands on if required and clear ability to lead and develop people.
