Our forward-thinking, supportive, innovative, and enthusiastic Organisational Development (OD) Team is seeking a new team member.

This is an exciting time to join us as we are about to design, build, and implement our most ambitious leadership development program to date. You will play a key role in advancing leadership development activities and supporting our broader cultural change and transformation initiatives.
You will lead key initiatives across the Council, designing, building, and implementing sessions and programs that deliver outcomes at all levels. A broad range of OD / Learning & Development experience is essential, along with confidence and skill in facilitation, communication, and coaching, especially with senior/strategic management teams.

Skills & Experience Required
* Experience with data and analytics to review and optimize our OD offerings.
* Knowledge or accreditation in Insights Discovery psychometric tools is desirable but not essential.
* Degree-level education and a coaching qualification are required.
