The Role Electrical Engineering Lecturer Part time (0.4) -14.8 Working Hours Fixed Term - July 2026 £10,554 - £20,772 per annum Tycoch Campus, Swansea Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical lessons across core electrical engineering topics (e.g., circuits, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance) in line with the curriculum and awarding-body standards. Assess and monitor learner progress, carrying out formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners toward successful completion of their qualifications. Maintain a safe and well-organised learning environment, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, managing equipment safely, and promoting good engineering practice. About You Relevant electrical engineering qualification (e.g., Level 3 Electrical Installation, HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent industry experience). Experience within the electrical engineering or electrical installation sector, with strong technical competence and up-to-date industry knowledge. Strong teaching, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage learners of different abilities and support their progression.
