Job Description
As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
* Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.
* Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
* Take ownership of organisational design within your business areas.
The Successful Applicant
As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:
* CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Strong Business Partnering skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to influence and drive change
* Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
* Excellent Stakeholders Management

Interim HR Business Partner role - 6 month contract - candidates must be able to start asap.
The role is hybrid, with travel to the Exeter/Bristol office 2/3 days a week.
