Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in the Rochdale area (OL15). You will be supporting a little boy in Year 3 on a 1:1 basis, helping him to access the curriculum and grow in confidence. The role will involve: Providing 1:1 support in class and during activities. Encouraging engagement, focus, and positive learning behaviours. Supporting social and emotional development. Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO. The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential). Be patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
