A client within the Public Sector based in the Southwest is currently recruiting for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their Housing and Landlord Services team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority housing and repairs environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to manage housing condition claims received as legal disrepair cases, working closely with Legal Services to ensure claims are thoroughly investigated, resolved efficiently, and completed with minimal litigation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repairs, managing customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
