What You’ll Be Doing
As an Inbound Call Advisor you will be ensuring every customer has helpful, smooth and great service. You will offer guidance and support to all customers (internal and external) through online chat, emails and calls. You'll communicate information accurately, clearly and efficiently to customers and our wider store teams.
You'll work to agreed service levels ensuring that all customers are responded to quickly and are provided with exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for updating spreadsheets and feedback on enquiries with a view to implementing improvement actions. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong listening skills and the ability to show empathy and professionalism
* Confidence in using IT systems and handling customer information
* A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
