Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines administration, marketing execution, sales support and event coordination within the dental education and implant sector. Full training will be provided - you just need strong admin skills, a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn.

You'll be home-based but will need to travel occasionally to practices, events, and conferences - so a UK driving licence is essential.

Please note: This is a remote role, but applicants must be based in the Midlands or surrounding areas for occasional travel to practices, events and conferences.

We are the International Digital Dental Academy (IDDA) - an organisation founded and run by four dentists and educators. We provide cutting-edge digital dentistry education to qualified dentists, making us a forward-thinking, exciting place to work.

Alongside the IDDA, we manage a range of brands:

* Cowellmedi – providing dental implants and systems to dentists
* CAD Finder – supplying intraoral scanners to practices
* Our Dental Lab (Norwich) – supporting dentists with high-tech restorative solutions

This is a highly rewarding, technology-driven environment with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your base salary through sales activities.

What you'll be doing:

Administration & Coordination

* Manage shared inboxes (multiple email addresses): respond to routine queries, escalate key items
* Support student onboarding (enrolments, website access, reminders)
* Organise event logistics (Eventbrite pages, travel bookings, schedules)
* General admin: calendar updates, document organisation, inbox maintenance

Marketing & Content (Execution)

* Create and schedule content across multiple Instagram accounts, IDDA, Scan Club, Cowellmedi, and CAD Finder
* Post daily content to social media and upload to the IDDA educational platform/website
* Support with Meta Ads campaigns for courses and products
* Keep websites up to date with events, courses and product information
* Track trends and suggest new promotional ideas

Sales & Implant Representation

* Engage with new leads (courses, scanners, implant systems) and follow up
* Visit dental practices to demo products, host lunch & learns and educate dentists on implant systems (training provided)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with practices and dentists
* Handle product enquiries: stock, pricing, invoicing and orders
* Prepare and deliver presentations for practices and conferences

Event & Conference Support

* Assist with logistics and preparation for UK exhibitions and events
* Represent IDDA & Cowellmedi at conferences and trade shows
* Capture and follow up on leads post-event

Other Support Duties

* Liaise with partner companies for promotional opportunities
* Support stock ordering and replenishment (under manager's guidance)
* Ensure scanner, lab and education leads are chased and directed appropriately
* Monitor ad campaigns and report on lead flow

What we're looking for:

* Essential: Strong prior administrative experience with excellent organisation and communication skills
* Desired: Sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
* Not required, but a plus: Experience in dental/healthcare (we'll train you)
* A proactive mindset - comfortable taking initiative and juggling multiple priorities
* Confidence to build relationships and represent the company at events
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms
* Confident in learning new information and delivering it to dentists
