About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute and experienced Commercial & Investment Strategy Manager to lead the expansion of our real estate portfolio. This pivotal role involves overseeing property acquisition strategies, managing end-to-end refurbish-and-refinance projects, and serving as the primary liaison for foreign investors entering the UK rental property market—either independently or through joint ventures with the company.
Note: This is a strictly on-site role based in London. Remote work requests will be politely declined.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, particularly across the Middle East and South Asia
• Develop joint venture structures and bespoke market entry strategies for international investment partners
• Analyse financial models and projected ROI for potential deals
• Manage end-to-end deal flow, including due diligence, negotiations, financing, and project delivery
• Collaborate with solicitors, brokers, lenders, property managers, and contractors to deliver asset improvement plans
• Support strategic planning and revenue growth in partnership with senior leadership
• Contribute to long-term portfolio expansion and capital deployment strategy

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, investment, acquisitions, or commercial strategy
• Proven track record in other international growth markets is a strong plus
• Strong ability to lead transactions and manage multiple stakeholders independently
• Excellent commercial judgement, with a growth and business development mindset
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with emerging prop tech tools is an advantage
• Must hold a graduate degree
Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
