Major Repairs Delivery Manager
Salary: Up to £54,966 per annum,Hours: 37 hours per week
Were looking for an experienced and driven Major Repairs Delivery Manager to lead a Project Management Team in delivering a Customer First service. Youll oversee major repairs, cyclical works, and improvement programmes, ensuring high-quality, value-for-money results that are completed on time and within budget.
You will play a key role in delivering compliance with the Decent Homes Standard and driving forward our Energy Efficiency Programme, ensuring all homes reach an EPC Band C rating by 2025.
This is a leadership role where youll provide operational support to the Head of Property Services, oversee procurement and contract management, and take responsibility for the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers and teams. You will also lead the Section 20 Leasehold Consultation process, representing the organisation at Leasehold Tribunals when required.
