A leading luxury multi-product retailer is looking for an Operations Manager within the East Grinstead area. This company has stamped their mark within the luxury/premium retail world and is host to several popular and exclusive products.
The role of Operations Manager will see the chosen candidate have an innovative role to improve strategy within the business. This will mainly focus on ensuring that all stock files are accurate and up to date to ensure that stock levels are correct. You will also be responsible for managing the processes surrounding goods in, goods out, and breakdown.
The ideal candidate will come from a supermarket or warehouse operations background and be familiar with working in fast-paced environments to meet working deadlines. An effective motivator to ensure that the team is working to their full capacity and achieving the relevant KPIs is also desired for this role.
The salary is paying up to £35,000.
