Role Overview
We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy department. This is a part-time role for 15 hours a week, requiring flexible shift coverage.
Key Duties:
1. Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
2. Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
3. Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
4. Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
5. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policies.
6. Adhere to all governance procedures including health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding.
Candidate Requirements:
* HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
* Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
* Commitment to team working and service improvement.
