Care Assistant
Lifestyle Care is a company, which is part of the Malhotra Group; a family run business based in the North East of England. We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants at Bluebell Manor.
Bluebell Manor is a purpose built Care Home located in Morpeth It is within easy reach of local transport links.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting Residents with social and physical activities and mobility.
Helping with personal care such as showering and dressing.
Assisting people with eating and drinking.
Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.
Ensure the Residents retain their dignity and individuality.
Observe care planning needs for Residents.
Assist in the framework of the Residents social activities.
Supporting Residents with a range of health conditions including physical disabilities, dementia, and other mental health conditions.
What we are looking for:
Genuine interest in working in the care environment.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
Organisational skills.
Good listening and communication skills.
The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
Someone to live by our values of dignity, compassion, caring, accountability, and inclusion.
Satisfactory DBS check and check against the DBS Barring list.
