Job Title: Interim Planned Delivery Manager Location: West Midlands (Hybrid / On-site) Contract: Interim (6-12 months) Reports to: Head of Property Services About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Interim Planned Delivery Manager to lead and oversee our planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across our housing stock in the West Midlands. This role will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while maintaining compliance with relevant health and safety and housing regulations. Key Responsibilities: You will develop and manage the planned maintenance programme, coordinating with teams across the organisation to ensure alignment with asset management strategies and financial goals. Managing contractors and suppliers, you will oversee contract delivery, monitor performance, and address any issues to keep projects on track. Strong leadership will be essential as you support and manage the planned delivery team, engage with tenants to communicate planned works, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with housing standards and legislation is critical, and you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes and maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections. Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale planned maintenance or refurbishment programmes within the housing sector. You'll have a solid understanding of construction and housing regulations, strong financial management skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent communication skills and experience working with tenants and contractors are essential. Professional qualifications in housing or construction management would be an advantage.
