In this position, you will support one of the clients, enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, supporting them to develop and achieve their goals and empower them to plan for their future. All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer. (Full training will be provided)
We are seeking an individual with:

Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
Right to work in the UK (we are unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship on this role)
Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes.

Pay Rate: from £13.75 per hour
