The Role
As Administrator, youll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. From handling calls and emails to managing paperwork, updating databases, and supporting the finance team, no two days will be the same. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, delivering excellent service.
2. Carry out a variety of administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
3. Keep internal databases, systems, and records accurate and up to date.
4. Support financial tasks such as invoicing, using Microsoft Office and Xero (or similar).
