We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to oversee all marketing activities for our European operations. Working from our offices in Camberley, Surrey, the successful candidate will support our sales teams across Europe who are actively engaging with customers in their regions. The role of Marketing Executive involves supporting these teams, managing multiple projects, and running campaigns to enhance the Brand position of our European Division, positively impacting Sales Revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a hands-on attitude and a diverse skill set to create marketing materials that communicate a professional and cohesive message. The candidate should be accustomed to working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and consistently delivering a strong Brand message.
A keen creative eye and passion for design are essential. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks & InDesign) is required. The candidate should have experience taking concepts from design to print and online formats, with examples of previous work.
Fluency in several languages is preferred, especially German, Dutch, and French, as the role involves working with sales colleagues across Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Holland, and Spain. Regular travel to our European HQ in Brussels and attendance at industry events across Europe are expected.
The candidate must be flexible and capable of supporting marketing activities in other regions and clients within the Group, demonstrating strong project management skills. The role requires adaptability and a willingness to support and inspire clients and staff within the Group.
The Role will involve
* Creating marketing materials for internal and external use, including brochures, adverts, flyers, and other items to project the company Brand, ensuring content and images meet Brand Guidelines.
* Developing custom sales materials quickly and efficiently, often for specific applications.
* Designing concepts for customers, adhering to their Brand Guidelines, and managing full-scale production for print.
* Managing industry conferences, including creating collateral, designing stands, booking travel, organizing hospitality, and handling pre- and post-event promotions.
* Creating and distributing press releases, demonstrating good writing skills and managing translations.
* Managing content on Group websites, creating content and graphics, ensuring best web practices, and maintaining online European content.
* Promoting products and services via social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Using web analytics tools to report on website traffic and search trends monthly.
* Staying updated with online marketing trends to enhance marketing strategies.
* Conducting market research to identify trends and develop product definitions.
* Identifying third-party companies or products for potential partnerships.
* Producing competitive analysis materials comparing products with key competitors.
