About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will help learners access the curriculum, adapt activities where needed, and provide consistent encouragement throughout the school day. The role is focused on educational support, emotional regulation and classroom engagement rather than specialist therapy delivery.
