We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Trainer to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management .
As a Cleaning Trainer you'll:
* Schedule, deliver, and document training on client site-specific procedures and cleaning standards
* Develop and maintain training specifications, materials, and SMS training system content
* Support supervisors in onboarding, audits, Kronos administration, and training compliance tracking
* Liaise effectively with cleaning teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure consistent high-quality performance
What we're looking for:
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cleaning procedures, equipment, and COSHH standards
* Experience in delivering training, ideally in a cleaning or facilities environment
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with familiarity using systems like SMS and Kronos
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
