The Role
As our Engagement Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things community and connection. Your mission? To design and deliver activities that make people feel valued, involved, engaged, and inspired. From organising internal activities, to researching trips and outings, and recoring outcomes and collating feedback, you'll ensure engagement isn't just an idea - t's a lived experience for our adults and young people.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver unique activities and excursions that inspire and engage our people.
* Coordinate events (internal and external) that are fun, inclusive, and impactful.
* Build relationships because engagement starts with trust.
* Gather feedback and use insights to continuously improve our approach.
* Champion communication, ensuring everyone feels informed and involved.
What We're Looking For
* A natural people person with excellent communication skills.
* Organisational wizardry-you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
* Creative flair and a knack for turning ideas into reality.
* Experience in health and social care or learning disability care would be a huge bonus!
* Comfortable using digital tools to connect and collaborate.
