Role Description
Female Support Worker Make Every Day Matter
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential

What Were Looking For?
To succeed in this role, youll need: Previous experience in a care or support setting
Strong spoken and written English skills
A full UK manual driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK
A caring, resilient and motivated approach
How you'll make a difference every day
As a Support Worker, youll play a key role in helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include: Bringing structure and support to everyday life- From morning to bedtime
Creating fun, person - centred support- Encourage independence through planning and executing person-centred activities: farms, swimming, shopping, travel, holidays etc
Building meaningful, therapeutic relationships - Support emotional wellbeing, mobility and social inclusion
Keeping accurate records - Contribute to support plans and daily notes
Teamwork - Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
This is a hands on, meaningful role where relationship building is just as important as practical support.

About the Home
Youll be supporting six young adults in their own homes, helping individuals with a range of complex needs, including: Autism
Learning disabilities
Mental health conditions
Physical disabilities
Behaviours that may challenge

Meet Some of the People Youll Support* John * enjoys Farmability, where he paints, feeds animals and does woodwork. He also loves days out, theme parks and holidays.
Josh * has an infectious sense of humour and loves swimming, train rides and exploring new places on staycations.
Jess * enjoys music, arts and crafts, LEGO, and visiting farms. Shes a huge fan of Thomas the Tank Engine and knows everything about him!
Joe * loves football (especially Ronaldo), shopping trips to Oxford, exploring world cuisines on YouTube and sharing his brilliant cooking skills with the team.
