Job Overview:
We're looking for a Machine Production Worker/Production packer to join our production team in Bodelwyddan. This is an entry-level role — no previous factory or warehouse experience is needed. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
You'll be operating machinery, handling and packaging chemical products, and playing a key role in helping us meet production targets safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate production machines in a safe and efficient manner
* Fill, label, and package products
* Follow safety procedures and company standards
* Keep your work area clean and organised
* Work well as part of a friendly and reliable team
* Accurately pack boxes according to specifications provided by the Production Manager, ensuring quality and consistency in every order.
* Packing goods in boxes in a timely manner.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* No weekend work or evening shifts
Requirements:
* Must be 18 or over (due to the nature of the role)
* Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* No previous experience required — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn
